a basic guide to climbing over water in the briar cliff & pace bend area of lake travis. climb and swim at your own risk. there are rocks and hazards underneath the water and some problems are more dangerous than others. always check your landings. we'll be updating this with pictures and more accurate data.

yellowish wall on the south side of the cove is a little chossy but climbable. north side of the cove has two or thee good climbs with bolts. a little further north there is a small boulder for warming up
